"I definitely did not have the experience that the 2 star reviewer gave, but as was stated, maybe that was a new person and should’ve had more training. The vaccinations my children received were always given efficiently, in the thigh, and compassionately. After which I was told I could have as much time in the room to nurse/comfort as I wanted. Which I very much so appreciated since I’m so anxious about vaccines. Tera Patrick saw our 2 children. We recently moved out of state. I truly miss Tera’s familiarity and patience with my family. She was always efficient, yet thorough and knowledgeable. We have a few medical preferences that she was willingly and kindly adaptive to. I was surprised a few times with a phone call directly from her to check up on my son when he was sick. The clinic keeps appointments available in case your child is sick and needs to be seen soon. The receptionist was always friendly and on top of things. All the nurses that worked with us personally were great. The building itself is a bit dated, but that is irrelevant considering the great care that is received there. Truly miss this practice! Thank you all so much!"

"Tara and Heather really are great providers. They take the time to listen to any concerns and it shows they really do care about all of their patients. I love knowing my children will be well taken care of with them. They always have room for a same day visit when my kids are sick too."

"15 month visit. Not sure whats going on at blue moose but we just had the new guy try to put MMR and Varicella in my 15 month old. YIKES!! So, what happen... we get done with Dr. Heather he comes in does covid vaccine for my toddler walks out. waits for me to comfort him. then come in to get my the two shoots for my 15 month old. He says he is going it in the arms because thats where he usually puts them. I say the arms? its usually done on their thigh. He say stops and they are done in the arms which usually they are done on the thigh... he thinks about it and says he gonna go ask.. well.. Heather come in explains where is goes. He clearly got no experience how to do this... I am now thinking I should off asked for Tara. Not sure what to do about it Don't get me wrong we love Blue Mosse but need I place with a stable staff that's knows what their doing..."

"Blue Moose is a 10! We love how fast we get into the exam room. Every appointment we sat no longer then 5 minutes in the waiting room. The nurses are super kind & helpful. Our Doctor is Dr. Tera Patrick, she’s wonderful. We’ve never felt judged at Blue Moose. The questions we had were always answered thoroughly and every concern we’ve had in regards to my child she went above and beyond to take care of the concerns. We love Blue Moose!!"
