Went in today and they told me that my appointment was never actually scheduled and the soonest they can get me in is 7 months from now. Do not go here, they obviously do not care about their existing patients."

"Katy Meinbresse and her nurse Chyanne are very patient and professional. Katy has a great bedside manner, she spends the time to listen and get to know you. Sometimes they are busy and it is hard to get an appointment the same day, but Chyanne will, if needed, talk to the appointment staff to get you in as soon as possible. I would highly recommend Katy to anyone looking for a primary provider."

"My provider is great, but the billing office consistently screws up my bill. I call over and over and over, and they can never get it fixed, or even act like they care. I recently wrote a letter to the Practice Manager detailing my trouble, and have not received a call back from her. I'm about to drop them completely."

"I absolutely love my Provider there, but I can never get in to see her. It seems that every time I call, I have several weeks to wait to see her. This is a huge problem for someone like me that has spotty insurance and it creates higher costs for my insurance. If I have a major problem that isn't necessarily an emergency, I am required to go to walk in clinics, which can't see me for some things and tell me I need to see my regular Dr or I am forced to use the ER for something that is not a true emergency. The staff has a serious lack of concern for this issue and many of them have poor attitudes. I can't ever get ahold of someone in billing and when I leave messages, I only get someone getting back to me half the time. I wish my provider wouldn't have been forced to switch over to this clinic. I have hated the clinic since day one."
