"My provider was carrying, knowledgeable & gentle. She was very apologetic when she had to send me to the hospital to get a x-ray. CMC management doesn't think they need a x-ray tech on site. Thank God I was able to get my x-ray before admissions at the hospital closed. If this would of been later or the weekend, I would of forgo getting the x-ray. I broke my tendons in my hand. Shame on upper management cutting staff to line their pockets. What happened to compassion?"
"Care was fantastic, Knowledgeable and caring staff. Was referred here by my insurance who are now telling me they won't cover anything from my visit claiming it to be out of network.. But in calling to try and take care of payment your billing department will only do discounts for people who don't have insurance even though they took 4 months to finally send me the bill."
