"I have to admit after reading the negative reviews of this place I was skeptical of going, I am very glad that I did go. I saw Dr Bailey for both of my shoulders which have been in bad shape for 17 years or more. At first the front desk staff seemed little standoffish, I realized after a while she was just quite busy and a bit flustered. I got in earlier than my scheduled time, X-rays were immediately taken that confirmed severe damage from prior trauma as well as a lot of arthritis. When Dr Bailey came in he showed me and explain to me exactly what was going on with both shoulders. Replacement of the left shoulder was mentioned which I quickly declined due to other issues. We decided that injections would be the best way to proceed at this point, I've had injections in the one shoulder before that hurts so bad tears streamed down my face as the doctor hit the bone with the needle at one point previously. Dr Bailey put two little X's in ink on my shoulder, numbed it with some spray and I had relief almost instantly due to the lidocaine that is in the injection. I have not had this kind of relief in so many years, I wish I had gone to Dr Bailey a very very long time ago. I highly recommend this place!!!"

"Dr. Joseph Bergman is a highly skilled personable professional. He performed an anterior approach total hip replacement the morning following my hip fracture. I walked with a walker that afternoon, pain-free. I was discharged the following morning walking without pain and without a cane. It's been six weeks and I am back to full activity. B.Kuffel, MD"

"I had an MRI done and the doctor could not read the results. I now have a bill to pay for absolutely zero health care received. I was told that the doctor would call, that never happened. I was offered another cortisone shot that doesn’t work and some physical therapy that doesn’t work. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone. I did try to make a payment for this botched procedure only to be told to call another number. Called that number only to be told the computer could not match my information. Seems the call center is as worthless as the clinic. If zero was an option for this clinic I would have given that."

"My boyfriend had knee surgery performed by Dr. Stimpson today. At first, our experience was frustrating as we dealt with delays in his insurance verification, and his surgery was scheduled for a later date than we expected. But, the insurance issues were at no fault of the orthopedic staff, and we realized the wait was worth it to have Dr. Stimpson perform his surgery. He was personable, explained the entire procedure in detail, addressed all of our questions, and put our restless minds at ease. We are new to Montana and were unfamiliar with the medical services available, so Dr. Stimpson and his team made this challenging experience more manageable. The staff at the surgery center made the experience stress-free! From the moment we walked in we felt like he was in good hands. Crystal, the nurse who prepped him for surgery, was kind and made sure he was well taken care of. The anesthesiologist, Dr. Robley, was thorough and made us feel more comfortable about the procedure. His post-op nurse Sarah was truly amazing. She took the time to make sure his pain and nausea were managed after surgery and offered him every kind of accommodation to make his recovery easier. She went over the post-surgery information in such great detail, and we left feeling very prepared to tackle his healing journey. I can't thank everyone enough and am looking forward to working with Dr. Stimpson and his team for my boyfriend's recovery!"

"I’ve been a patient for over 10 years. No problems until recently. My knee replacement had been scheduled for April 2020 but was postponed due to Covid-19. I received a call when they started surgeries again asking if I wanted to be put back on Dr Brandt’s schedule. Affirmative and was given a date of 10/6/2020. I’d heard nothing so called the day after Labor Day holiday. I was told I haven’t been seen in years. I had a hip replacement by Dr Mackman January 8, 2020?? The woman I spoke with finally found the date I had an X-ray of the knee, but nothing further. She was going to send a message. This happened on September 8. I’ve left 3 more messages but have had no contact. Looks like I’m not having surgery in October, but it would have been courteous to advise me of this since I’d rescheduled other appointments until 2021. I’m very disappointed to put it mildly. This is not the way to run a clinic. Makes me wonder if Dr Brandt knows what’s happening."
