"Would not recommend this dentist. Was never really impressed with the office, professionalism of some hygenists, or especially Dr. Booth's bedside manner. But that stuff was all something I could overlook. The biggest problem I have is the incompetent care I received in getting a filing replacement. First attempt left me with serious sensitivity so after I followed the request to wait it out for a week to see if it would "calm down" the filling was replaced with a different material called glass ionomer which is better for sensativity. That seemed to improve the sensitivity (not 100%) but the filling also felt "off" to me. At this point I switched dentists to Big Heart. Fast forward about a year and a half... During a routine cleaning and check-up that same filling had already failed! It had always felt kind of weird against my tonight so I wasn't totally surprised. The dentist at Big Heart said they could do a normal composite filing on it and I shouldn't actually have sensativity if it was done right. Well guess what?... Two years later and I have no trouble with that filling/tooth, thanks to Big Heart."
