"The doctors and nurses who have taken care of me were fine, good people, but the billing process for this hospital is absolute garbage. I called and was told to leave a voice message to the billing department because I had questions about my bill (that finally showed up after FIVE MONTHS from my visit), and the automated machine told me to expect a call at least 3 days later. And that was two weeks ago. I haven't heard anything back. As the sole provider for this area I'd think and hope the hospital would serve it's people better knowing how much trust we need to put it in. But dealing with all this makes me ashamed to be an employee under them, and makes me want to warn others to avoid coming here at all cost, if just to avoid the headache of billing."

"I've called 5 times today because Logan Health Center won't get me to a live person to talk to. They continue to transfer me to an extension requesting I leave a voice-mail so they can return my call but they don't return calls. The operators are rude and have no work around when an individual requests to talk to a live person rather than being transferred to voice-mail. When you ask to talk to a supervisor in the call center they tell you there is no one else. This could possibly be why they have the attitudes they have. I can only hope that their approach providing real healthcare is better than their phone skills. Very concerning that this business has a 2.4 star rating but understandably so, I can now see why. Still on hold with Logan Health Center after completing this review. Pitiful."

"We wholeheartedly give 5+ stars and highly recommend Logan Health Medical Center. Our dear friend was recently admitted to Logan Health after suffering an ischemic stroke. She stayed almost 4 weeks in this facility and received exemplary treatment and care. She and her husband had been up in Montana visiting their daughter and her family for the holidays when the stroke occurred. You are never really prepared for something like this, but what a blessing it was that they happened to be in that area when this happened. Logan Health Medical Center turned out to be a God send. From the moment of admittance to the time of discharge, the entire staff of doctors, nurses, and therapists worked as a team and continually displayed professionalism, compassion and kindness as well as top notch expertise. They set daily goals, worked her hard and encouraged her every step of the way through physical, speech and occupational therapy. Without the quality care she received during her month there, her prognosis could have been drastically different. So to the entire team at Logan Health Medical Center THANK YOU!! Thank you for making a difference. Thank you for your commitment to excellence. Thank you for setting the bar high for all other facilities. You are the epitome of what exceptional health care is all about."
