"Quite disappointing honestly, I go by the saying “adopt don’t shop” but this place makes it hard to fulfill that, not only did it feel as if I were being judged right when I walked in, but it was also disappointing to see one of the employees follow me around everywhere I went, when all I wanted was to see the cats, and i understand they probably do this with everyone to ensure the animal’s safety and there’s nothing wrong with that, but what possibly could a father and son be doing to innocent kittens that makes them feel they have to monitor there every move, We followed all there rules they asked such as sanitation, and we were overall respectful during the entire experience I can’t help but feel as if our adoption wasn’t accepted because we didn’t have the proper attire on, My father had just gotten off work (he owns a paint buisness and drives his work vehicle to the adoption center) and I simply had on some clothes I had just thrown on because I wasn’t anticipating that what Decided if I adopted a cat or not was being based on the kind of clothing I was wearing, and what kind of vehicle I drove up in, I’ve owned many cats and dogs in the past all of which I cared for tremendously. We live in a house on a ranch and we have plenty cat necessitates (cat scratchers and toys and whatnot) and it is the perfect environment for a cat to be well taken care of, I even called back multiple times to check on the adoption process and was told that the process would be passed on To higher authority only to never recieve any call back on if I could come pick up the cat or not, overall it’s just really disappointing knowing that I felt a connection to a cat and was not able to give it a home for only what I could assume was by the vehicle I pulled up in and the clothes I was wearing, I would much rather adopt and give a cat a home that deserves it. Because these animals deserve a loving home and don’t deserve to be held back because the misjudgment of employees, I will say the female worker was nice and understanding the entire way through however the male felt as if right when we went to sign those papers he already had his mind up. About us not getitng the cat. it’s upsetting knowing I have to buy a new cat instead of doing the right thing and adopting and giving one a nice home both costing equally the same amount"

"I was able to get a voucher to have 2 kittens fixed for a discounted price. Nice people too. Best news is it's a no kill facility"
