"I have nothing but good things to say about the service at this place. Originally I booked a home on airbnb for the weekend. I arrived late around 10pm to a dirty home. So I after a headache of an experience I was able to cancel my booking and get a refund. Then started searching for other places at almost 11pm!! I called here and Logan answered immediately and was very kind. He got me booked in less than five minutes. The rooms are clean, bathrooms especially nicely cleaned and overall a way better experience especially a great value!! Plus they have super cute dogs."

"4stars for the room. The carpet needs replacing. Other than that it was very comfortable and the beds were clean. A great ace to spend many days discovering the area and enjoying the lake. The staff is awesome. We felt very comfortable and welcomed."

"If I could leave negative Stars I would. I made reservations 3 months in advance for their pet room since I have a dog. I called a month before I was supposed to be there to check on my reservations and they said everything was still there and looked good. I drove 6 hours from home and when arriving to this hotel they tell me that my room was overbooked and no longer available... They told me if I could somehow prove my dog was a service animal they could give me a room but other than that I was pretty much out of luck. They didn't even attempt to help me find another place to stay. They then told me that I could pay for a kennel and then go take my dog somewhere up the road. They also told me that they couldn't do the refund, only the manager could because they had already taken out a holding deposit for my room that I was supposed to have. I was in town for a family reunion and had family staying at this same hotel. They told me how there was so many animals there and pretty much told me that the hotel lied to me. I am a mind blown at the poor service that I received from this place. I've worked in this industry before and I cannot wrap my head around the unprofessional customer service they had."

"Great place to stay in Polson. Very affordable and the staff was outstanding. Only complaint was the air conditioner in room 143 needs to be replace. A great value for the money and it's even better that our dog could stay with us!"
