"We have a 19 year old Chi-pug that had her teeth cleaned, and had to have three teeth removed. They were very gentle, and took excellent care of her. They are also very reasonably priced. The clinic is also privately owned, and is not part of a conglomerate. This allows them to take care of the patients, and not worry about corporate profits."

"I've used Dr. Tyler for over 15 years. At one time, I felt that he was a caring vet, but that is no longer true. Several months ago, I brought a newly acquired Rottweiler that had been imported from Serbia to him for an exam and updated DHPP and Bordatella shots. My concerns were that she appeared somewhat overweight and inhaled her food. He checked her heart only and never performed any type of further check up nor did he palpate her abdomen. He then gave her vaccinations that contained live viruses, recommended a diet and a slow feed bowl. SIX DAYS LATER, this dog delievered FOUR puppies. NEVER should a pregnant mother receive vaccinations containing live viruses as they are known to cause spontaneous abortions, stillbirths and birth defects.. All puppies either instantly or eventually died. I called Tyler's office three times during this horror and he NEVER returned my calls. I went to his office the morning after her delivery and requested all of my dog's medical records. He didn't even have the decency or the courage to confront me or apologize for not performing an adequate and complete exam on the mother. His extreme negligence is inexcusable!"

"I've been taking my furries to PAC since Doc Peterson passed. PAC has always made great efforts to work us in. If it was urgent, even if they were busy they would squeeze us in. They always show such concern & care for everyone. Their resident office cats have been such a nice presence & a comforting diverson from stressful situations. It was awesome the time that they kept a cat there that needed a cart to walk. I always wondered where he ended up. I never felt like they were pushy about treatments or failed to explain anything thoroughly. They showed a willingness to work with me on home care & never had an attitude against my natural home care. They never condemned me because I don't do vaccines due to keeping all my furry family in. Even when I had a heath relapse due to an herbicide poisoning sprayed near our home & couldn't go in the office; they have been kind & let me wait outside without being sceptical or critical. They have never failed to do what they said they would & I feel they always did their best in every situation. I appreciate Dr Tyler's honesty about treatment outcomes & the risks w/ elderly pets. It is amazing that he keeps on going even with his own health struggles & never seems to let up or give up on his committment to do his best to care for little four-leggeds of all sizes & types. He is an inspiration. So is Tony & all the staff who work so tirelessly serving the community in spite of long hours & daily life struggles. I will always keep bringing my furry family there as long as I am still here! (I have a friend who goes there & feels the same way!)"
