"Love the fade, I came in not really knowing what I wanted to do with my hair and left with one of the best fades I've ever gotten. Staff greeted me at the door, and my appointment was on time without any mishaps. I'm definitely coming back when it's time for another haircut!"

"Great experience!! My 8 y/o and I love his new cut!! We walked in with an "idea" of what we wanted, presented the "issue" (front cowlick) with my son's hair and they took the time to give me different cuts and styling options for his particular hair type. My son walked out of House of Fadez looking so handsome but most importantly he was very happy with his new look!!! I asked what product was best to maintain the cut and was told pomade. A week later and his hair still looks great!! I'm happy we finally found a great local barber and no longer have to go to Spokane or San Diego to get a great cut. Scheduling on Booksy was easy with same day appointment. Thank you!!"

"Reposting my review since being asked to take it down. In my opinion this was the worst hair cut my son has ever received! Does he have thick hair…NO…does he have textured hair….NO…he went in with a picture of what he was hoping to get. He came out feeling super overwhelmed with anxiety and panic bc it’s that bad. As a professional barber once you saw his hair and what he wanted that would have been the perfect time to talk to the person in your chair and educate them on the type of hair they have and help them find the right style that works with their hair type. At least that has always been my experience. Instead you cut his hair to look like the picture he showed you but even then it turned out worse than the picture. It’s uneven, choppy, and it looked better before getting it cut. He left without saying anything bc he didn’t know what to say. We called asking for a refund and we were met with an unprofessional tone and a raised voice. He said he could try to fix it but my son said he was not comfortable having him cut his hair and did not feel that he could trust him. I have reached out via email and have not heard back with an apology or an offer to make this right. So here I am. **Update** still have not heard from the business for a refund."

"Hands down best barber in Missoula. Damian is extremely talented, has great work ethic, keeps a good attitude while handing out fire cuts all day, open to what your looking to get done, keeps a chill N up to date stylish environment. he doesn’t cut corners and takes his time with all the little things that complete the whole look. Hes available most of the week and has openings on weekends. Highly recommended getting on house of fadez schedule if you wanna get right. I’ve tried a lot of barbers around here and nobody comes close to comparing to Damian’s work."

"Had heard very great things about this place and Damien in particular but after our experience the last few weeks our minds have changed. My husband has tried booking 3 times and all 3 have been canceled and rescheduled with little to no explanation. After being told to be there at 10am, my husband waited an hour before anyone showed up. Multiple calls had been made and no answer..After finally someone got there he told my husband he couldn’t get him in because he had an appointment actually scheduled with someone else. Missed an alarm or something that’s why my husband’s appointment was canceled. Very unprofessional in my opinion, definitely won’t be waisting our time booking again."
