Her exact words.”I’m sorry this happened to you.” Ok, doesn’t explain why they were perfect texture the first time 2 months prior. Took zero responsibility or offer any solution at all. Just basically, too bad for you. Big fat zero!!"

"I made a haircut appt for myself with Trisha, she was amazing. On time. Super sweet. Very knowledgeable. She did an amazing job with my curly hair. She gave me options, and suggestions. I did also get a clarifying shampoo as Trisha suggested. So glad I did. My hair is much softer. I can do my hair curly or straighten it with a flat iron. I love it. She was very reasonable too. The staff at Studio 2 were very nice as well. I had an amazing experience. I also made my Mom an Appt with Sheri. My Mom is very picky with her hair. Sheri was kind, and did an amazing job with my Mom's color, cut, style, everything. She was so happy and cost was really affordable. Studio 2 is just an amazing salon and I highly recommend them. Thank you Trisha and Sherri for pampering us, and making us beautiful."

"I just got a haircut from Trisha yesterday, it was my first time getting a full cut from her but I had gotten my bangs trimmed by her once before. She is so thorough and thoughtful. I have naturally curly hair and I do some heat styling every day, and many hairstylists don’t take the time to ask about my natural texture and take that into account when cutting my hair. She knew exactly what to do with my hair and made sure to check in with me and clarify what I wanted throughout. One of the only times I’ve ever been happy with a haircut."
