"AVOID BONNIE AT ALL COSTS (at least for women's cuts). she completely butchered my hair. I've NEVER had a worse cut than what she did to me and I've been to ghetto salons and let students practice on me and gave me cuts 100x better than Bonnie. It was so embarrassing and the other hair cutter there could barely do anything to fix it since Bonnie cut my hair up to the ROOTS in jagged lines. Took months to make it look like my hair had not been in some freak accident. Not to mention she left ALL the loose hair she cut on my head so when I walked around Walmart afterwards, HUGE clumps of my hair would fall on the floor while I was shopping. I have never had that happen before after a haircut. UPDATE: That's funny they're trying to avoid blame by saying I never went there. I used my full name and have used their services more than once. They should have no problem finding me in their system. That's pretty pathetic SmartStyles."
