"Best Property Management I’ve ever dealt with in the city of Missoula. I’ve been going through Adea on and off for the last 6+ years. To be honest, I’m sad I ever left them with the slumlords I’ve had to deal with who just like to steal your deposits(even when you leave their places better than you got them). They are quick to respond and loyal to you as long as you’re respectful and a worthy tenant. I will never go through another property management again. As a single mama of a toddler, I’ve never been treated with such respect and dignity than I have with the staff members at ADEA. ♥️"

"I usually don't waste my time with Google reviews because they can be faked so easily, but this company is so terrible, I just can't hold it. Awful. Adea bought our apartment complex and that's when it all went downhill. They immediately increased rent without proper notice. Josh, the manager, fully admitted wrongdoing, but said we still owe or leave. What a way to treat tennants of 6 years. Trying to get them to do any maintenance is laughable. They refused to replace fire extinguishers. Refused to install carbon monoxide detectors. There were several times we were complimented on the upkeep and cleanliness of our apartment by the maintenance staff. "This is by far the cleanest out of all the apartments here," he said. However, when it came time to get our deposit back, there was $600 dollars missing. They are supposed to provide proof of what needs to be cleaned and fixed. We received nothing. They blamed USPS for losing it, and tried to charge another 35 dollars to reissue our deposit check. I had to go pick up my check in person after putting up a fight. They clearly need the extra 600 dollars more than I do. We had enough. It's so sad that it has gotten to this point. The people who work here are so hard to deal with, it's worth paying more somewhere else so you don't have to deal with these people. They are dishonest in every facet of business. Owners and renters, stay far away from ADEA or you will be sorry. You've been warned."

"I rented from ADEA for two years. Every time we needed something fixed, they always sent someone to fix it very quickly and was never a hassle. They were always pleasant to work with and never gave me or my roommates any problems. When we moved out we got most of our deposit back, what we didn't was usual thins like light bulbs being out and what not, not a big deal. Overall I was very pleased with renting from them and now that I need a new place to live again I hope to be able to rent through them again!"
