"I have been with clearwater long before they became clearwater. I have had my debit card compromised 2 or 3 times in the past couple years. I am also upset that there wasn't any calls, to let me know that I was going deeper into debt with this company (due to them covering charges, while also charging me $25 over and over, as if they want to screw me financially, which they did! For example I have a debit card from another bank. If I don't have enough money, and a company tries to take money out, this other bank will just deny the transaction and not charge me $25. Seems like all they care about is what keeps them in business. MONEY!!! ASAP, I am leaving this credit union."

"This bank allowed my kids deadbeat loser dad to cash out their college fund though I'd provided them with a copy of the court order prohibiting this and specifically naming the bank and accounts. When I called trying to chase this down, they passed me around on hold for 25 minutes and eventually sent me to Alex Bridgeman's voicemail. He didn't bother calling back until I called him again the next day and left another message. When I finally talked to him, he was zero help and didn't have a viable explanation. Not very reassuring from people handling my money."

"The line was out the door and even though I didn't have an account the person helped me exchange paper cash for dollar coins so I could carry on the tradition my brother-in-law had of giving the coins out to children, mostly his grandchildren and nieces and nephews, at his memorial service. The person who helped was very kind. I had gone to a bank nearby which turned me away because I had no account. I can see why they have a line of people being helped and no one was in the nearby bank. They were great!"
