"Despite a convenient drive-thru-only setup, Taco Bell's sluggish service pace makes for a frustratingly slow fast-food experience. The lack of dine-in does nothing to speed up the snail's pace at which orders are fulfilled."

"I wanted leave a review for the Taco Bell in Butte. Over the years Taco Bell has been one of mine and my family’s favorite places to eat, when we go it’s always pleasant and we enjoy the food. As of today I probably won’t take my kids again. The costumer service was very unprofessional, the young adults and adults were very rude, the Mexican pizza had hair in it, and when the pizza was given back, the young gal asked sarcastically if the pizza was up to my standards? Then laughed, I was given the pizza back after I watched the manager take the hair out of the pizza, and put more cheese on the same pizza, put into heat, then put into a new box and handed to me. Worst experience of all time. Taco Bell can kiss my A$$!"

"Missing food and quality was awful our soft tacos were sprawled everywhere in the wrappers the chicken CHALUPA was HARD! They weren't friendly either didn't ask if we wanted hot sauce or even give us a chance to ask no napkins either. Definitely check your food"

"Total time: 42 minutes. Slowest drive though. Pretty sure the only reason I got to order is because the 6 cars waiting to order left. Not because they completed 6 orders. I then rolled around the corner and sat behind 3 other cars for a very very long time. Trapped. Hungry. Bored. So I wrote a review."
