"We were really excited to try this restaurant, as it’s hard to find great Hispanic food in Montana. Everything started great, but when my food was brought out there was a black hair laying across my tacos. Before the waiter even walked away I said “I am so sorry but” and pulled out the hair directly in front of him. He seemed perplexed and took the food away. He brought back the same food about 3 minutes later. And said “actually it was a black string from the cooks apron”. Sat down the food, then proceeded to check on the table next to us and say “you guys good, any hair in your food?”. Which made us feel invalidated and almost mocked. We get it, it happens, but at least be genuinely apologetic and remake the food. I was waiting till the end to see if we got any kind of discount to apologize, especially since we know the food was not remade. Nothing was discounted. Super disappointed."

"The food was amazing. We had ordered veg enchiladas, veg fajita quesadillas, and pollo a la crema and everything was super tasty. Alex took care of our order and he was super sweet."

"This is the only place worth driving into Seeley Lake to eat. Atmosphere is fantastic, the restaurant is clean and has great seating. The staff are wonderful and friendly. The food is absolutely fantastic. The quality is very good. Flavorful, filling, authentic and it's the only place around with Mexican food. It's not greasey either. It's delicious. I got a steaming hot plate of fajitas, under all the veggies was a heaping pile of steak that a picture doesn't do justice to."

"Odd spot for the best Mexican food in Montana, but it is great. Our server who seemed to be running the show is from Guadalajara Mexico. We had, Menudo, Birria and Mole and it was as authentic as you can get when it comes to the ingredients that can be easily purchased in Montana... I will be back, stop in for sure, excellent service, great prices for good portions.... We were so happy we stopped by... BTW, I lived in Mexico for three years.... I can't wait until this classy little location picks up a liquor license. Thanks Casa Caro."

"So good. They are so friendly. Food is fast and sooo good. My Absolut favorite thing on the menu is the quesabirra tacos. Omg they are dream worthy. I order them frequently. The prices are great. And huge portions weather its the lunch menu or dinner menu."
