"Jagz has great food. Their seafood fettuccine is the best i have ever had. Their wait staff is always pleasant and efficient. The only reason i did not give them a 5 star review is that i think it needs a new fresh look."

"It had been years since we had last been to Jagz, so we decided to give it a shot for a Valentine’s dinner as a family. Disappointed is a gross understatement. We had made a reservation and still, we were sat in a back area with NO HEAT with our three small children. The service was awful. Many tables had gotten up and left. We ended up getting our food to go. Overall the food was just okay, which is unjustifiable for a $300 meal. I don’t see us returning anytime soon."

"We were visiting the area and showed up without a reservation at peak hours on Saturday evening. Staff was well trained, very friendly, and accommodating. The food and service were both excellent. I would definitely eat there again. I would recommend making a reservation."

"We've been to this restaurant 3 times. It was great once! Not the last 2 times. I got the lobster and crab cakes. They were not seasoned good at all, and pretty sure there was shrimp in them. The sauce broke, and they put it on my plate anyways. It was also not good with no flavor since it broke. They put some green beans on my plate with I'd say, a handful of almonds that they obviously got from a bag. They were perfectly cut big chunks of almonds, that I'm sure no one could cut those so perfectly, but fail at everything else. My son and wife both got a burger and they came out with these little burgers with toast for buns? I mean, are they poor. I was told the burgers had no flavor either. We tried again, but sadly, that's the last time. They should just close the doors because they are trying to be fine dining, but that's not it. They don't even have a clue! The service was good and the atmosphere was good. Food was Not Good At All. What a waste of money....."

"I have eaten at Jagz several times, three times since new ownership and the food and service is excellent. Prices are more than fair for this dining experience. It has always had a great reputation for being very good but, since new ownership the restaurant seems cleaner and more organized. Excellent selection of wines as well. The new owner is also very personable, out going and very determined to make sure her customers have a great dining experience. The staff is very well-trained from chefs to servers. I HIGHLY recommend! Stuffed mushrooms are awesome, all their bread is fresh baked in house Prime rib and seafood specials all 5 stars!"
