"We bought a large order for my son's birthday party, which they messed the order up and made pizzas wrong (Pepporoni ?) Then they gave us a credit so the next week my daughter wanted to go there as well for her birthday dinner... order was messed up again..the hostess had to leave, leaving no one to help customers besides the cooking staff 2 people, one of which was new. Crew tries its just to much on their plate. In summary: Corporate needs to just pull the plug on this restaurant, don't waste your money."

"So sick of Pizza Hut. Took an hour and 1/2 to get food and of course order was wrong. I did receive my pizza and it was cold. Forgot my 12 piece wings. They remade my pizza and redelivered my order. Pizza was fine and the wings were cold. Unbelievable. You would think $65 for a personal pan, 12 wings, small dessert and a pop you would at least get what you ordered. The his is a regular occurrence and I’m done with this woke company. Quit spending $ on grooming kids and make food."
