"I've never been to the store, nor have I had the food, so I'm giving an average review for both of those. The service, however, is severely lacking. I placed an order for delivery, and 10 minutes after I placed it the store canceled the order. They said to call the store for additional info, so I tried multiple times to call, but each time the call kept ringing and was never answered. The store is listed as being open, as it is currently a Monday and the time is 5:30 PM. Having my order canceled without being reached out to, followed by not having anyone answer my call to inquire, is immensely frustrating. I loved Dominos when I lived in Missoula, and as this is the experience I've had upon my first attempt at having it in Kalispell, I'm highly recommending that others stay away (at least when it comes to online or phone orders)."

"Some employees do a very good job and are very helpful, however one employee is very poor at their job. They have gotten my order wrong, tried to convince me that my order was different, is very rude, and is not a very pleasant person. I will not name names because of the public nature of these reviews, but I will make a complaint to the manager/supervisor. Otherwise, every other employee is pleasant and if it weren't for the other employee I'd be a returning customer."

"Do not order delivery. We ordered on a Tuesday evening, at 720, and come 845 we got tired of waiting, so drove over to find a delivery backup. Instead of calling us, we had to solve the problem. We ordered online, so getting our delivery fee baxk will be hard. The pizza is also not great here. Domino's is definitely different when you are in Canada."

"Pizza had almost no cheese on it, sauce was showing through to the point where the pizza was mostly red. Manager informed us that it was the amount of cheese required by bosses. Really disappointed that we paid for a not cheap pizza and they are so frugal as to not put cheese on it! Manager gave us a small credit that did not cover the cost of the pizza. Go elsewhere. Dominos is low quality for a high price. Cheapskate!"

"Ordered a ham pizza and pepperoni, pizza had almost no toppings on it including very little sauce. I've seen more toppings on a cheap frozen pizza from the grocery store. Toppings and pizza were cold straight out of the store. Definitely not worth the time or money to order and I won't be ordering again. Worst pizza place in kalispell. Would do no stars if that was an option."
