Freestone Restaurant

"Freestone was an amazing restaurant for my husbands birthday date night. We enjoyed trying the coriander crusted scallops with butternut squash risotto. We also loved the tomahawk steak for two. Everyone was extremely friendly, it was a nice quiet atmosphere, and we really enjoyed the service and quality of everything we had. Definitely will be going back for another date night."

"Had a nice dinner at a new restaurant. I’d eaten here when it had been Blue Canyon, but this seemed much better. Decent selection and prices are the opposite of Whitefish = reasonable!!! If you want a nice dinner, quiet settings and decent service this is your place in Kalispell. FYI, we did have a practically brand new server and she was not well trained (didn’t tell us about specials until we saw other plates being served next to us, didn’t know the menu nor drinks available at bar). That’s why I gave it a 4 out of 5."

"I am very particular about my steaks. I like flavor without a cut being overly fatty. The tenderloin was absolute perfection, perfectly seasoned and couldn't have had a better cook. It was exactly what I had asked for. I would recommend it 100 times over. I was very impressed with the staff handling the business with such a limited number working. Jayson was completely amazing and attentive. He absolutely made the experience!"
