"I understand there is a hockey tournament in town however, Dining Room/breakfast area was ridiculously understaffed. Not a clean table to be found, food area so messy. Out of water and coffee. Tv area littered with coffee cups. Desk clerk didn’t leave her computer to help! Disappointed"

"Inexpensive, close to everything, always clean, and everyone is friendly. It's a newer hotel which has been consistently great over the past few years. No matter which room I get."

"The room was very nice, clean and quiet. The hotel is conveniently located with in lots of shopping and with views of the mountains. The employees were very pleasant and the breakfast was also quite good. We enjoyed our stay. To continue the good service, I later received a call that Kelly, the woman who cleaned our room after our stay found a bag I had left with my iPad, cords, and earbuds. I was pleased it was found and very pleased they mailed my bag to my home very quickly. I am very grateful for the exceptional service they provided me."

"Was told I couldn't stay another night. When I asked why the guy said too much late night traffic. Mind you that we had a total of 3 guests all before midnight. Baffled I went to the desk to ask for some elaboration on why they came to this decision. The guy said because the guests we had were " undesirables in their community" speechless I went to pack my things so I could check out. The only thing that I could think of was that 2 of the 3 visitors were of middle eastern decent. It makes me sad to know that there is still racism like this in the U. S. Will never stay there again period."
