Motel 6 Kalispell, MT

"It's an older place, and much like any other motel 6 it's very basic. But the best part of this hotel 6 was the staff. The lady at the desk was incredibly friendly and helpful. I would happily stay here again just because of her. I highly recommend the Mexican restaurant next door if you stay here"

"When we got to the room, the sheets had hairs, the pillow cases were dirty. I went to tell the receptionist, and she replied I don't have anybody to change the sheet. So I told he to give me the sheet, and we will change them. When we took the sheets off there was a big hole in the mattress Very disappointed for the price she charged us. It's nott worth the place. The carpet was dirty too entering the door. We only stayed one night because we were tired after a long day driving..oss"

"There was blood on sheets and bugs in the room. There were no towels. The staff was extremely rude. They did not keep the pool clean, no microwave or fridge, no ice. The wifi sucked. It was an all-around dirty room. There was terrible parking. The tv had limited channels and werent very good, and it didn't always work. It would glitch and then get fuzzy before it would turn off. The bed was loud and hard with very minimal blankets. The blankets were super thin, and they had terrible heating in the rooms. The room had lamps that were hard to turn on and didn't put out any light once it was turned on. They had no breakfast, which made it hard for customers to find food. They only had snack machines available, which were pathetic and way overpriced. The lock on the door was broken. It was the worst place I've stayed in years. It was all about the staff. There was no hostess attitude they cared little about the customers. The staff were not very good at cleaning. I highly recommend finding a new place to stay while on vacation."

"I gave them the benefit of the doubt and the opportunity to make things right but they failed. Checked into first room and there were hairs in the bed and someone had just shaved their beard in the shower which was not cleaned - disgusting. Changed rooms. Spend the entire night without heat. Heater was broken. It was low 50s in the room. Could not phone as there was no phone in our room. Slept fully clothed. We did not feel like changing rooms again at 2am. The rooms are just ok but horribly maintained. This was faucet. Don't look under or behind the beds. Window air conditioner is installed with a piece of plywood so cold air comes in from outside. I went down to and very politely asked the manager to see what she could do to help us out. After begging and pleading she offered 20% off "for our inconvenience"."
