"Hi! We are traveling to WA and stopped here on our way. We had been here for lunch 2 years ago and it was wonderful! We came back through here today, Easter Sunday evening to eat. Josh met us at the restaurant and was wonderful! He had a lot going on because he was running everything! I have to say Josh was such a joy. He is very professional and can juggle quite a lot! Thanks for the excellent service!! Can’t wait to come back!"
"Lochsa Lodge completely exceeded our expectations. The location is amazing, the staff is incredible, and the prices are affordable. Everything we ordered at the restaurant was delicious and the waitress was so kind. We even bought a print from a local artist and got to meet him and talk to him about his work. We will definitely be back."
"We did not stay for the camping/cabins, we stopped to get food. With that said, the food was pretty good. We ordered the Loaded Beef Nachos, Chili, a Mushroom Soup and a Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich. Nachos were HUGE and enough for a group of 3-4 Chili had a great flavor with a slight beer aftertaste which was well received. The "Tuscan" mushroom soup was delightful. The Philly Cheese was good bit slightly dry. We requested a cup of beef broth to dip it in, almost like a French dip, and it made a mound of difference. All in all I give this food a fantastic 8.5 out of 10 and would recommend the dishes listed above. I'm looking forward to our return in late spring 2024. Good job chefs. Additionally I was told our meal was prepared by the restaurants sous chef and asked our waitress to relay this message: "As a Chef I rarely fully enjoy my restaurant meals when we go out. This meal was one of the first I've had in over a year that I was completely satisfied with. Great job!" I'm not an arrogant chef I just have the standard of "if I can make it at home I'll just stay home." The chili here had a great flavor, the mushroom soup was on the same level and I enjoyed how the beef for the nachos were cooked."
"This was the perfect getaway. The cabins were clean, cozy, and warm. We spent a lot of time at the lodge eating delicious food and playing pool. Amy was our server on multiple occasions and was just wonderful! There is the option to have a bonfire out back which we took full advantage of. Be sure to make a trip to the hot springs while you’re there! We will be back."
