"Texas toast wasn’t that great, basically just warm toast, Mac and cheese was mediocre, the portion size was ridiculously small. I was still hungry after eating the two meat plate. The plate was so lacking in food that I thought there would be more food somewhere in the bag, nope. That was it. And for the money I paid, absolutely not worth it. I would seriously advise not purchasing food from this restaurant. EDIT: I contacted their Customer Service email as requested on the day this was posted, and as of 3/12 there has been absolutely no response."

"I placed an order for delivery with dickeys barbecue here in Kalispell Montana. I work at a nearby hotel, and I refer a lot of people to dickies, but I will not be doing that ever again. I will never refer anyone to dickeys barbecue here at 175 Hutton Ranch Rd. in Kalispell, Montana, to anybody ever I placed an order with them on 2 February to have it delivered to the hotel that I am working at. They did not deliver my food, but they still charged me. They waited five minutes before time for my food to be delivered to cancel it. They charged me $44.75 and they did not give me my refund back for something that I did not get on top of that you can’t even get in touch with the restaurant directly by phone call because they do not answer and then it says that they are not excepting phone calls at the time which makes no sense and they don’t close until 9 o’clock . Dickeys barbecue is not a place to dine in. It’s not a place to order for delivery. It’s not a place to even go to the drive-through. They have put a very bad taste in my mouth and I am telling everybody that comes into this hotel. I’m telling everybody that works at this hotel. I’m telling anybody who asked me of a good place to eat. I will definitely tell them dickies is not your place do not ever eat there or dine there or go there . They suck big-time. All I want is my money back I shouldn’t have to pay for some thing that I did not get and on top of that I paid for delivery and a tip that’s not cool I need my money back. I work too hard for it. This is very disappointing because I’ve never had this experience with dickies before but when things start going south like this, it’s time to say adios amigos ."

"Glad I got two pieces of Texas “Toast” with this dinner plate otherwise I’d probably be going to bed hungry. Server seemed undertrained (and probably underpaid judging by their enthusiasm). I’ve had better Mac and Cheese from a box. The coleslaw was generic. The chicken was meh but the sauce helped give it some flavor. The toast was more like bread that was just barely warm enough to melt the butter. May have been an off-day, but it certainly didn’t impress me to want to go back again…had more fulfilling meals at fast food restaurants."

"My husband and I were there on Black Friday...decided to use our Glacier High coupon buy one meal and get the other free...Im not sure who the person working behind the counter..told my husband that he needs to text the coupon to his phone so he can get approved from Cooperate...he was afraid that its a scammer. We decided to purchase a meal and we shared it. Food was great! But be careful if you have a coupon you want to use that you purchase from a school ( Flathead High,Bigfork & Glacier high school...be prepared you won't be able to use it that day...they won't honor it...person behind the counter needs to send it to cooperate..not sure if he is the owner..Rich. Are we the only one who tried to use it? I don't think the schools are trying to scam...we have used other coupons..and other places honored it. Dickey's Barbecue is trying not to honor it."

"Today they were out of many core items, poor guy (supervisor) spent so much time explaining all the products that they were out of. They were out of brisket, sausage, coleslaw, fries, sweet tea, pulled pork and more. The supervisor looked defeated, the young lady who is new was energetic and attentive. The price was $18.45 for this plate of food, not sure I see the value for a mostly empty plate of mediocre food, more importantly it’s not what I wanted. In the past I have seen the owners here and this place was on POINT! Bummer, co worker has a coupon will strongly recommend another place for sure."
