"I‘ll go across town to shop at this O’Reilly’s. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. They’re honest and open about questions and products, and have never tried to upsale me (unlike AutoZone locations). They’ve bent over backwards to help me with my many car problems, including running codes and researching. I can’t recall the names of the folks I’ve interacted with, but there’s a younger gal (I think I remember her saying she owns a Toyota or a Honda), a younger guy (often wears cowboy boots), and an older fella with a mustache. I add these details because I know how important it is for credit to be given to people directly, and I tip my hat to these folks. They’ve reflected excellently on the company for me. I always go here first if I can."
