"Our carbon monoxide detector started going off after dislodging our generator’s exhaust pipe when we hit a big stump. We had just bought the RV, were on our first big trip with it with our newborn son and our dogs and really needed to be able to run the generator to keep the back cooled off. John was able to meet us the same day we called him and help us as we were passing through town. He even helped me figure out why the slide outs wouldn’t go in when i was on the phone with him (rookie mistake, I forgot to engage the parking brake, but I was in a panic over it and he very patiently and kindly walked me through everything to figure out that out when my husband had stepped out for a few minutes). He was extremely helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. He was reliable and met us when and where he told us he would meet us. Thanks so much John! It was so nice to meet you and your wife. You were a life-saver to help us on such short notice so that we could safely run the AC for the baby and the dogs while we were on the road."

When I got there, his apprentice Gage greeted us and immediately understood the problem and the solution I was proposing for a temporary fix. "John was a hoot to work with, bought an old camper on snow sale and it had a spongy floor and a tent platform fell off into my hands, whoops! He was creative and found solutions that worked for us and our budget and did it in a super timely manner. We used the camper for 15 or so nights the next summer without an issue."

"We brought our pop-up pickup camper to John last October to have water damage fixed and the leak repaired. It wasn't completed until the end of May and made several phone calls asking to pick it up. On our first camping trip of the year several screws just fell out for no reason at all, which we know because they littered the inside of the camper when we got to our destination. In our second (and last) camping trip of the year many more screws fell out and the jack that lifts the roof up just fell out of the framing. This is very dangerous because it supports the entire roof and could have caused the roof to come crashing down on top of us!!! Water-logged, rotted wood can be seen where it is supposed to be connected. This is the corner that had the leak and so the wood should have been replaced. You can see where it was caulked from the outside but it appears as if he did not actually fix any of the damage. My husband was willing to give him the benefit of the doubt and so he called and spoke with John. John said that he drives by our house at least once a week and that he would come and take a look...well going on 6 weeks later and multiple phone calls and he still hasn't come by to look at it!! Also, the "invoice" that you receive from him does not detail the work that is actually "done". It simply had the total that he was charging. BOTTOM LINE: do not trust anything that this guy or anything he says is fixed. The entire roof had a possibility of falling down onto us and our 2 toddlers and he couldn't care less. He was just happy to be taking our money."
