I reached out to the Libby store and initiated conversations with Lacey and Emily about purchasing a new snowmobile this year. They listened to me and helped me select a sled that fit my needs. Once I settled on a sled, they determined that there was a twin in the Hamilton store which is a lot closer to my location. Lacey and Emily initiated a warm transfer to Randy and Ashley (sales Ashley) who were able to finalize the deal with excellent communication throughout the process. My request was time sensitive; Randy and Ashely coordinated with Ashley (service Ashley) and Hunter to prep the sled to meet my schedule. The Montana Power Products team is the A team.
