"I will never set foot at this Lithia or any other Lithia dealer again. I purchased a 2018 Chevrolet pickup here on a Friday and by Saturday afternoon it was making concerning noises. I tried to take it to Lithia for inspection, but they were booked out 2 weeks and told me “you should take that to a GM tech anyways”. I then took it to Demarois who has certified GM techs. The vehicle was also due for an oil change, which Lithia told me several times that they change the oil and inspect the vehicle before they turn it over to the purchaser. It turned out it needed a new water, oil , and smog pump. When purchasing the vehicle, Lithia sold me a “bumper to bumper warranty” that they claimed was better than the original warranty. It took Demarois over 16 hours of being on hold to get ahold of someone to work with them at the extended warranty company. The warranty company also told us that the warranty they sold me was “far from a bumper to bumper warranty”. I then took the vehicle back to Lithia. Their service department could not identify any issues and told me “those engines are really noisy”. Now that the vehicle is repaired, I can tell you it is not a noisy engine. I would not recommend anyone getting service work done here as they could not even identify a noise that was audible from inside the cab to a non mechanic. The shaft on the water pump was so wobbly I could move it with my fingers and they couldn’t find it. The vehicle then went back to Demarois under a Lithia work order. Because they wouldn’t return calls to Demarois, it prevented the extended warranty to cover any repairs. The total was over 3500.00 in repairs on a truck I had just bought there. Shane, the service manager at Lithia was very defensive every time I talked to him on the phone. The sales manager Dan Williams didn’t seem to want anything to do with the problem, and after hearing what happened, replied “so what do you want me to do about it?”. Since I just bought an expensive vehicle there, I expected some advocacy and from them to take some responsibility for the repairs on a vehicle I purchased days before. Every single person I spoke to at Lithia told me something that was untrue from the original salesman, the finance guy who sold me the warranty, and the service manager. Pay attention to all of the poor reviews that this dealer has and shop for a vehicle elsewhere. Demarois Managment was very surprised how Lithia handled the issue, treated them, and treated their customers. I strongly urge others to shop elsewhere."

"Great experience! Went in to look at some of their used inventory and just a couple days later I was driving back home in an excellent condition truck. Everyone was very patient when I had questions and very responsive when I was ready to move forward. I was able to negotiate a very fair price on my trade-in and on one of the used models. Spontaneously stopped by the service desk a couple weeks later and they were able to get me in and out that same day in only 15 minutes with an extra key fob programmed. Never experienced any “used car salesman” tactics or pressure that I’ve seen at other dealers. Big shout out to Andrew for working on his day off to get me a quote on several models and to Draven for putting up with my financing questions for a couple hours. "Customer service is severely lacking here. They don't act like they want to sell you a car at all. Walk in and they act like you are a bother to them. Bizarre car buying experience and none of the customer service I expect when paying top dollar at a dealership. Also on top of the listed sales price is an additional $1000 mandatory windshield coating and windshield warranty that you cannot opt out of, allegedly its already installed. Then in the middle of winter in MT they sell you a new car with absolutely no floor mats or plastic, just bare floorboard carpet, absurd. Then its $600, a 2 week wait, and a 1 hour appointment to get floor mats. Service department employee was extremely rude to my Wife when she went in to retrieve the floor mats. She was extremely off put and is upset we gave this place any money. If you can, take your money elsewhere."
