"Just finished moving, and the noise from my transmission went from bad to worse. Had a different Ford dealership schedule service, then declined to look at it the day of because he didn't see it was a hybrid when I first scheduled. Vehicle went dead on me while driving so had it towed to Lithia the night prior to scheduled appointment. They quoted $700 for a tune up due to misfire codes, but verified the transmission was going to be replaced under warranty at 89k miles. I had to argue with a previous dealership for billing me $300 for a warranty part, let alone the thousands of transmission. By luck, it was less than 10 days from appointment to picking up the vehicle. That $700 for tuneup was removed because there was no vehicle issues once it was reassembled. Total bill was under $200 for brake work I asked to be done, and there was no pushy upsell from the staff, either. Huge props to the team at Lithia for providing an awesome customer experience."
