"Got my taxes done January 30, 2024, agreed on $90 taken from my return, they took $145. Never received my state refund, kept texting (first text March 3, responded March 13, I’ll look and get back to you, today March 24, still no answer) and asking never responded. Do NOT use. I have picture of texts showing how much she was going to charge, how much I got back from the irs (along with the paperwork that shows what I should have gotten), and her lack of response, but won’t let me upload them. I called the state about my refund and THIS COMPANY NEVER FILED IT!! Comapny has now also blocked me on FACEBOOK, after writing a review on thier page."
