"I made an appointment weeks in advance. Showed up on time. I was in the exam room for 55 minutes before going to ask if I had been forgotten. The assistant checked and said the Doctor would be 5 minutes. I gave him 15 more minutes (70 minutes after my scheduled time) and left. I’m a mom of 6 young kids. One of whom was home sick. My time is important too. I’m not unreasonable and can understand the occasional 25-30 minute wait. But I’d appreciate being treated like I’m valued too. If you’re making patients wait that long there is a problem. When I walked out he was in the front office doing some paperwork, heard my request to not be charged for anything and never even looked up. No apology or acknowledgment. Unfortunate because my parents really like him and I was looking for a good Doctor."

"I wish I could put 0 stars. I went to Dr. Ogden (I use the term Dr. loosely) the only reason I went was to do bloodwork and do a physical THATS IT. He said he spent 70 minutes with me, lol.. I was there for 70 minutes but only 30min (maybe) was in front of the doctor. so, hes over billing the insurance by about 40 min. no wonder our rates are so high. hes rude and condesending. please dont waste your time with this yahoo. Even the older lady in front of me was upset and riled up. and she had to be a 100..Were supposed to get better going to the doctor, not leave worse off.. Forgot to add, I never got the physical or bloodwork done as intended. I guess he wanted another appointment to bill me. if you notice Ogden, claims the negative reviews are spam, I can assure you they are all probably legit. I still can't believe the way I was treated."

"When I enter the office, I'm greeted with a warm welcome by the receptionist. After checking in, I am taken to the laboratory side for drawing blood. Most offices have you go across town to an outside lab and the results are viewed days later. But Dr. Ogden has a lab right in his office and has my results in his hand as he walks into the exam room. He is smiling as he greets me. For the next 30-45 minutes (Dr. Ogden will spend with his patients whatever time they need) he focuses his attention on me, takes my questions and discusses with me my medical conditions. He is an excellent teacher and he uses a white board to diagram how the body should work and teaches me about what happens when things don't work as they should. Dr. Ogden is the quintessential doctor's doctor with a brilliant mind, a broad understanding and capable application of modern medicine along with the gift of working with people. Some might be piqued by what they feel is a prolonged wait time, but I have rarely waited longer than 1 hour and I believe the return-on-investment here is more than worth it. I give Dr. Ogden and his staff my highest recommendation!"
