"Wish I could give no stars. I FLEW into town from AZ for this appointment. I go to the “office” 900 Round Valley Park City to find there is NO office. They gave me an appointment with a practitioner in a location that doesn’t exist! I call. The rude, unprofessional person says “drive to Riverton. I can’t help you……” Outrageous. I’m so glad I didn’t see this pathetic excuse for a physicians practice."

"My mom was referred by an ER visit. Emily came in and said she had read the ER report and totally agreed that she needs a colonoscopy. END OF VISIT. They charged $300. She is self pay with no insurance. They could have done a $25 phone call. $5000 for a colonoscopy isn't going to happen."

"I had giardiasis for 15 years. I had trouble getting any gastroenterologist to listen. Dr. Karnam immediately targeted in on giardiasis within the first five minutes. He treated me and I immediately improved and, eventually, eradicated the parasites. I will never forget when I tried to show him my SIBO lab result. He did not seem all that interested in it. He waved it away and said, “the patient is always right.” He actually listened and believed my reported symptoms."

"Dr. Karnam came highly recommended by my GP, and my GP was right. Dr. Karnam has a great sense of humor and an easy manner, which put me at ease in a very uneasy circumstance. I was particularly impressed that I got in early. My appointment was at 9:15, but I arrived at 8:45, figuring I’d just have to sit there for thirty minutes thinking about a colonoscopy (me and my punctuality fanaticism...). I was taken back at 8:55, rolled into the exam room at 9:35, and I was in the recovery room at 10:05, just five minutes after my scheduled “exam room time”. That’s rare in a doctor’s office, and greatly appreciated by this nervous patient. The procedure itself was like the best nap I’ve ever taken followed by a snack. Apparently I really miss preschool... Great experience!"

"**I NEVER EVER write reviews but I feel like I need to. You need to read this before you go here** The medical staff (the medical assistants) are completely rude and not helpful.. at. all. Every time I call the office I DREAD talking to the girls there. They are a very disorganized office as well. I am still waiting on blood tests that they didn't request the results for from the lab which are complete.. its been three weeks. I just called and they still don't have them. I am about to call the lab myself. In my appointment with the doctor he started talking about things that I had already talked to the first doctor about.. serious things that should be passed on and written down. Things that should be known before getting a colonoscopy and endoscopy. As soon as I get all of my results back for the blood tests and the ultrasound, I will be sending them to a different doctor. If I would give you any advise it would be to find a different doctor or you will be truly disappointed being treated here. Completely shocked at how they run their business. I have never been so frustrated in my life."
