When I opened it the document inside was an ADVERTISEMENT for this company with a large, highlighted section about "my current treatment plan". I have NEVER been to this hearing center. I do not have hearing loss. So I cannot speak to whether they are good at what they do. Nevertheless, if a company feels it needs to resort to this kind of deception (or permits their marketing people to do so), how can I trust they wouldn't attempt to deceive me as a patient? How many of my similar age friends might be confused and taken in? As a result, I will NEVER do business with them. And I will suggest to those in my circle to TOSS this junk straight into the trash."
