"I would give them no stars if I could. I’ve never had such a hard time trying to pay a bill! They sent me to collections and when I tried calling collections to pay they said pediatrix pulled it back. My account has been in review for 6 months. Today I called to follow up and was told by one person it was in collections (who I also called today and was told it was pulled back) then was told by another person my account was still in review. I asked to talked to the reviews or supervisor and they wouldn’t transfer. I asked what they are reviewing my account for and they said they don’t know. I just want to pay my bill so I don’t have to deal with them anymore"

"‘This company is a joke. I have been working with them for over 3 months to try and resolve a billing conflict where their was a duplicate payment from my insurance company as well as I, where we paid on the same bill for the doctors my girls had to see in the NICU. Needless to say I am still waiting on the refund that was promised to me multiple times by different people intertwined with this company and they are still saying they aren’t able to move forward with it when they themselves have identified that they do owe me this refund. Sooo moral of the story is just be ready to have to go through a lawyer to get your money back if there is ever an error on their end and be sure to ask for all the documentation they have because they are 100% scammers holding on to money that is not there’s."

"So I got a bill from these people for my daughter She was 18 at the time of whatever service it is from them it was apparently a year ago and suddenly we get a bill out of nowhere I cannot find it and now it's suddenly on my credit report and my score and dropped my score insanely. I tried to find a phone number four these people. No one answers the above number there is not even a recording or voice mail or anything we have tried to find a valid phone number and we can't I'm infuriated! Where it's a phone number for these people this is major messed up!"

"Literally had the same experience as NU rider. Had my child in August and still receiving bills for services that I already paid for, or to doctors that aren't with the hospital so charge their own fees. Such BS!"

"A drive by doctoring scam! We asked that all staff be in network. Made sure that the delivering doctor and hospital were in network. Already paid 13k for deductibles and out of pocket. Now receiving phone calls for 6k payment when we’ve never received a bill. Lady on the phone today said she cant provide a bill. Keep your greedy little selves away or become in network with the same insurers that the hospital is in."
