"Got a mri on my low back, upper back, and neck. I have a degenerative back disease.2800 a pop. 600 more to have someone look at them. A nice way to spend 10000 dollars. What a scam don't go here. And here is another cool thing they own the collection company they send you too. So they don't try and negotiate prices nor help in any way. They Write off the loss, and collect the rest with there collection company. Very nice corrupted business model. The best part is that 3000 dollar mri is done in a trailer so enjoy that experience."
"Had 5 MRI done for workers compensation. They needed codes and paperwork from the workers compensation before scheduling the MRI'S. They received all they needed to bill the workers compensation company. But instead billed my personal insurance company which I did not give them and said I owe $5,000. Dollars. The most incomplete billing department I have ever worked with."
"I had my mammogram done on 05/04. The report was completed on 05/05 by Dr. Stonely. The results weren’t good, there was a mass found in one of my breast. The results were not sent to my doctor. On 05/11 I thought I’d call my doctor to see if they had gotten the mammogram results in yet. They hadn’t so they looked them up from the hospital system and printed them out. So my report sat for 6 days, I don’t understand why. It takes 1 minute to send a report over to a doctor. Imagine the extreme fear I felt hearing these results, when there is a history of breast cancer in my family. I called that same day to try and schedule an appointment for a diagnostic mammogram, ultrasound, & biopsy. The lady who did it was great but was not in, so I was transferred to her voicemail and left her a message. I called back in the morning and was told that she wasn’t in yet and gave my name and number again. When I still didn’t hear back, I tried once again and this time it went to voicemail, so I decided to drive down and speak with them regarding an appointment in person. I explained everything and was told they were booked up far out and the next available appointment wasn’t until June 1st. I asked where else I could go and accepted that appointment date. I was given the St. George phone number. I was able to book a closer appointment there. Had that report been sent over to my doctor when it was done, I could have gotten a sooner appointment here in cedar. If they were that booked out, I also don’t understand why I wasn’t told on the phone yesterday 05/11 when I called. This is scary. Any woman who has ever experienced this knows that the fear is unexplainable. You think the worst right away, especially if there’s a family history. You get into the medical field because you care about people and you want to help. Definitely not the feeling I have after this experience. I really hope you guys can do better in the future"
"This review is difficult for me. I've had to have a couple of ultrasounds done here. The first time I wasn't told to fast. So we went out of our way 90 miles each way plus driving in town to make this appointment. The first time we were frustrated. A lack of communication somewhere. The second time I had just been violently attacked with my 13 year old daughter. Who was also attacked in the process. The ultrasound tech was amazing both times as was one of the front office ladies, but there is a woman at the front desk that has just been so ignorant and rude. Both times I have been there now. She has grey hair and glasses. I can't remember her name. She made me feel extremely defensive and uncomfortable! I have debated on whether or not to even leave this review because I don't want to cause anyone any issues, but at the same time. If she is doing this all the time that is Not fair. Hospitals are supposed to be about care, patience and understanding. If she is past the point of being able to do this. I can understand having worked in customer service myself. But that's not okay. Find some peace and understanding or retire! Just my two cents! I won't be coming back. :)"
