"Waited for 3 hours to be seen, it was dirty nasty, the staff was so rude. The women that was sitting wait to check people in was so rude. She refused to help check me. The room we was put in was so dirty. I don't know how they can be open with as dirty that room and bathroom was! I will never go to that ER again!"

"I will never come back here. The staff was rude and unprofessional. They said there was nothing they could do, and I questioned them on how they could send someone home when no steps were taken towards resolution. Furthers my concerns on why people choose to work in healthcare. Better off going to Saint George."

"Had two siblings taken to the ER. Bad expirances! They did not diagnose or treat them, only ran expensive tests and charged outrageous prices for everything. My sister payed over 2000 for a two hour wait, and when she couldn't breath I had to get the attention of one of the many nurses at computer just across the hall. She patted her back and put oxygen on her for about 15 minutes and told her she would be ok, and to come back to the ER if it got worse. Of course she didn't go back and I helped her at home with natural remedies because the prescription from her physician made it worse. Have had better experience with St. Gorge ER with a minor injury."

"My name is Rusty Jipson . Can't say enough good about the whole staff here. We were visiting from Ohio and Maine when I broke my leg at Bryce Canyon. Ended up at Cedar City for surgery on my left leg. Everybody was so nice and caring. Wish I could thank each one individually but my mind can't remember each one got a follow up card wishing me a speedy recovery. Very kind of them. Praying God blesses all involved. Thank you all!"
