"Let me start by saying that I really like the doctors in this office. However, their receptionist is so incredibly rude and has zero customer service skills. She is always so curt and her tone of voice portrays that you are bothering her by calling in or speaking with her. When you check in at the front desk it is the same problem. She really needs to take some classes on customer service. It would be great if I could schedule my appointments online so that I no longer have to deal with bothering her."
