Liberty Station Apartments 404 West 1080 South, Heber City, UT 84032

"So I know a resident at liberty station that I was going to visit a couple weeks ago and I was walking to my aunts apartment with my service dog and my girlfriend and Henry the manager comes up to me in his car saying my dog can’t be on the premises and and starts yelling at me saying she can’t be here and I told him he can’t deny a service dog especially considering she helps with my seizures because I’m epileptic and he started getting aggressive so I was walking away with my girlfriend and he proceeded to turn around and almost hit my girlfriend with his car and he’s been causing my aunt nothing but problems ever since she’s lived there and the crazy thing I’ve seen about 10 dogs there before and they haven’t had any issues and I just think he needs to be stopped because of all the disrespect he gives to his residents and I just seen a video of him entering my aunts residents without her even being there the only person that was there was my 14 year old cousin making her extremely uncomfortable and scared and without giving her a 24 hours notice that’s all I got to say he needs to be stop"

"I have been living here for over a month now and I can't express enough how great this place is. The neighborhood is wonderful. The neighbor and the kids are super nice and respectful. Not to mention the property manager Henry he is very kind and has this property looking its best. He always do things to show appreciation for the residents. Our new maintenance supervisor is also very knowledgeable and take care of our work order in a timely fashion. I am very happy to be here!"

"I have lived here for 3 years and I have enjoyed it for the most part. The 4 bed units have a larger living an kitchen areas, the master is nice and large but the three other bedrooms are small. There tends to be noisy neighbors, some vandalizing and thefts as any tight living area has. The property management is always changing. Six different managers in the last 3 years. I was misinformed by one of them and it cost me an extra $100+ a month added to my rent. Unfortunately there is no way to reverse the mistake."

"The newly built Apartments really close together tight driveways right next to the Walmart is very convenient but it's a tightly-packed place no swimming pools or amenities like that! No place I would go and move into due to the fact that you are crammed in right next to your neighbor and can hear them through the thin walls! The parking lot is REALLY REALLY!! tight to turn in making it very difficult to navigate when there is snow piled up in vehicles parked!"
