"I have been living in this place for a year and it is undoubtedly an ideal place to live, quiet, excellent location and access to public transport. The best thing about our experience living here is the property manager Jaime who makes our stay here amazing, he is very friendly and efficient, every time we have small situations with our apartment he listens to us carefully and finds a quick solution. If you are looking for a place to live, do not hesitate to contact the manager, he will undoubtedly help you."
"Just renewed for a 3rd year so overall it's a pretty good place to live. Great location, love the studio layout (doesn't feel like a studio) and they take pretty good care of the building with regular cleaners. However they haven't washed the exterior windows ever...last summer they said they were getting quotes. This should be done at least annually. Most of the residents don't seem to care about having nice things. They leave trash, dog poop, and shopping carts all over, break doors to circumvent the security system, etc. Management could catch on and put some trash cans around but so far they haven't. Also not sure why they only communicate by putting notes on our doors rather than email or text."
