Pine Cove Apartments

"Wow, I’ve read a lot of bad reviews on Pine Cove but I’ve been living here with my son for about 8 months and honestly it’s been a good experience and affordable and in the area of town I wanted to live in. I’ve had no problems with neighbors or maintenance. When I text management I get a text back and it’s rare that I’ve had to. I can’t say what it was like in the past but for me and my son it’s been a good place to live. Perfect location and not huge apartment but affordable."

"DO NOT move here. I got bed bugs from this place. The landlord said she sprayed for them but the entire building needs to be sprayed. She also told us the building across the street had bed bugs but our building didn't. I talked to my friend in the building across the street and he said she told him our building had the bed bugs. Lies. The landlord also expects you to pay for all extermination yourself. The cops have been here multiple times due to other tenants and crime. I've also tried to get a mail key from her for the past year and don't get a response. DO NOT move here. When I read the reviews for this place I thought I would be fine. Nope. Now I am forced to buy all new furniture and had to exterminate my apartment every other week."
