"I lived here for over a year from 2020-2021 and had the worst experience of my life. The electric system was messed up, I couldn’t have my kitchen light on at the same time as using the stove without my light flickering out. There were holes beneath my sink, the washer and dryer didn’t work and smelled like mold, and management and maintenance basically didn’t exist. The tiles and the stairs were falling off and falling apart. Trash was left in the stair wells. The pool was NEVER open- literally never. To make things worse less than a month after moving in I discovered the cockroach problem! I had never had cockroaches anywhere I have lived, and almost immediately the cockroaches started. I reported this to management and they tried to blame it on me- even though I asked other tenants and they said the entire complex has always had a cockroach problem. I had to pay $400 out of pocket for pest treatment that didn’t even work because it was a complex wide problem. Then, to make matters worse, they never returned my deposit to me even though I left that place in better shape than I received it in."
"The management here has definitely improved. Bailey is absolutely great! She genuinely cares about my needs and gets things taken care of very quickly. I appreciate all she's done!"
"I have been here almost a year and I can say the new manager Bailey is amazing at getting requests done quickly. I have been noticing a lot more upkeep with the property! Definitely will be staying!"
"I lived here 12 years ago for almost 1 year. I'm sure it's not changed much. Neighbors were awesome. But back then I loved my 1 bedroom apartment, it was snuggly warm during winter, I hardly used the heater. Summer was great with pool open daily. Laundry room was great if its not crowded. I had to move unexpectedly but it was a great place at that time."
"Lived there for almost 4 years. In that time we put in several requests for maintenance, and our requests were ignored each time. Our shower was rotting on the inside, the tile grouting falling out and mold growing behind the tiles. We finally made our own repairs to the tile with waterproof glue, because one tile was already falling off the wall, and we re-caulked the whole shower. We had a leaky kitchen sink and bathtub the entire 4 years we lived there. The wall behind the toilet was rotten, only held together by several layers of paint. We had an electric space heater installed in the wall that started a fire after 3 years of never heating up, it seemed to have a short in it that sparked after we had been there for years. Our dishwasher was always backed up the 4 years we lived there, and it grew mold and fungus in the standing water at the bottom; we had to pour bleach into the water every month. The cabinetry under the kitchen sink and the bathroom sink was all warped from severe water damage. Our doorknob was wobbly for years, and finally fell out into my hand one day. Our neighbor had the same thing happen to his doorknob, and he fixed it; the management fined him $50 for making his own repairs. The management never answered the phone, and ignored written requests every time we submitted them. The management forgot to sign lease documents with us for almost a year one year. The laundry rooms claim to be under 24 hour video surveillance, but the video cameras are cheap fakes that have a red light in a plastic camera housing with no lens. The carpeting is rotting in many places throughout the buildings. Many hallways don’t have lighting, or have lightbulbs exposed. There are several cracks and damage to stairs. Most of the washing machines are broken, and the dryers that turn on do not dry your clothes. We had to go to a laundromat every week for years."
