Torino Apartments 2233 East 2100 South, Salt Lake City, UT 84109

"I left this review empty for over a year and now I'm sharing my insights on it. I've lived here for 10 years from 2005-2015 before moving out. The fellow tenants that lived there were nice, and there were lots of kids when I lived there. The apartment's walls are kind of soundproof, so you can be loud but not too loud. No screaming at the top of your lungs. It's behind a grocery store and a 5 minute walk's distance from an elementary school. Down the street is a gas station that's having an identity crisis, it was a Shell and a Chevron before becoming a speedway. Amentities in the apartment are respectable. No dishwashers, so you'll have to bring your own. I had a portable one. Laundry can be done in unit, and there's a laundromat in the building, it takes quarters. There's central hvac, but I never ran mine because of the amount of dust in the vents. Don't know if it was cleaned since I left. The grocery store allowed you to take your carts down to the apartment when I lived there, don't know if they still allow it. Parking is ok. I had two vehicles when I lived there, one was my daily and the other was there for the unique use case like towing something. I'd show pictures of the interior of one of the units when I first moved in (aka empty) but I took it on film and lost the roll. So yeah that's my insight."
