"Please be wary when renting here. I had a great experience with the previous property manager who i signed my lease with. It was moving out that was a nightmare. Michael (The owner) assisted me with this. I left notice for the end of February, I receive a call on 2.14 asking if I have moved out yet (what) I then receive a call the next day saying he is assuming I have abandoned the apartment? I got that sorted out and eventually moved out. I called for months afterwards because he failed to return a security deposit/ invoice. He eventually began ignoring all my calls, and I had to leave legal notice to eventually get it back."

"DON’T RENT HERE. I called to set up a time to view an apartment with my sister. Out of the blue he asked me if she had any disabilities that he should know about. I told him it was extremely unprofessional for asking and to mind his own business. He said I shouldn’t apply then. This guy sucks and uses the guise that he’s helping to bar applicants with developmental disabilities. DON’T RENT HERE"

"I did not rent at or even see Iris Apts. This review is for Michael Todd, who is part of the Compass Management group, who I was in contact with regarding an open apt at Iris. He asked me to fill out and send him an application in order to see the apartment, which I did. I then disclosed I had ESA's. I didn't hear back from him for 5 days, so I emailed him and he said "I have not received anything from you?". I knew he had seen my application and he never told me I was supposed to send anything else - I was just trying to schedule a viewing. He then stopped emailing me back all together. It sounds like he decided I didn't qualify because I had ESA's, which is illegal. Not to mention he acted completely unprofessionally by flat-out ghosting me."

"I called around 5:15pm and talked ti a really nice person on the phone... made my way to the office even tho it was closed they still opened the office and gave me an aplicacion... and to make things amazing even showed me a place... hoping I can get into a place soon"
