"Until just recently, had lived there for over 7 years and absolutely loved the staff there. From the staff working at the front desk, to management. I know there's been a lot of reviews mentioning the cockroaches here. I also know that if you live anywhere downtown it's a possibility to have them. For me the key was to not accommodate them by keeping my unit clean and not leaving food or water out for them. They've also done a big makeover project, inside and out."

"Neighbors are questionable. I spent one night at a shelter, that was the closest going back to prison, I'd never stay at a homeless shelter again. Aside from a roach every now and then. This place has been a blessing. And seeing as how you need to get in touch with housing to be housed here. It's really not as bad as visitors claim it to be."

"This place is beyond disgusting, cockroaches will literally greet you in thier humble nasty abode. The staff, each and everyone of them think that they are prison controlling guards on high alert. For what they charge to snuggle with roaches, and have to see all the transactions and activities, listen to the mentally ill tenants followed by sirens..I recommend staying at a local shelter, or even a vehicle if it's accessible. These are a yucky joke with a horrific bug infestation that's outta control, and a staff that can lie and manipulate like no other. Don't even make this your LAST RESORT..your welcome for the truth!!"

"This place is terrible! Roaches every where, huge ones too! Mice infestation in rooms. Walls are moldy and smell like ammonia with coat of fresh paint, literally the whole building! Drug use in parking lots and across the street. Lots of thefts occur at night in parking lot. I could go on and on. Would not recommend a loved one to stay here. My grandmother used stay her and I wish she never did."

"The front desk receptionist is RUDE. I asked if there was any openings and she hung right up in my face. I called back three times before she picked up again saying I need to be respectful to live there. It’s a no for me"
