"My daughter and I have lived here for over 10 years. I haved looked at many other complexes, as we sign a year lease each time.... but we just don't want to move or live anywhere else until we find a house. The people who work in the office are great, maintenance is there whenever you need them, I have thrown two birthday parties for my daughter at the clubhouse.... and in the past 10+ years, my daughter and her friends have had SO MUCH fun at the pool (and hot tub)!"

"Only good things to say... -Excellent floor plans. -Maintenance and work orders recieve immediate attention. -Convenient, we walk to the grocery store and 7 restaurants are within 1/4 of a mile. -Staff are great to work with and respond quickly. -Overall, it is just a great place/area to live. .... enough said!"

"I'm going to text my experience. To you maybe you can cut and paste or forward. Hi. I've lived at liberty 5 1/2 years . my dad lived with me in a 2 bedroom flat for 2 years. Very nice, We had a little patio with French doors. . lots of Windows. Great community the Sandy senior center , would send there bus to pick up my dad ,he enjoyed the center very much .. when dad went to assisted living, I asked for a 1 bedroom Flat , and Amy. texted me soon , with a vacancy, 1 st floor like I requested . I was super grateful, and very happy to be able to stay right here, at Liberty Bend Apartments. I love the management, super helpful, friendly, they take care of my needs promptly, fix.and repair anything I request. Love my neighbors, shopping restaurants, Freddie' s gas and car wash .Beautiful mountains. and lovely trees in the spring, summer , and fall. Pool. hot tub. Happy to live here."

"I’ve lived in this complex for 3 years. Property managers are awesome. They hold parties and events and help make everyone apart of the community. My neighbors are very friendly. There’s no crime, very safe. Maintenance is available when I need a work order doneThe apartment inside is in great condition new (no holes, infestations, to add to the run down or poor quality feeling). Maintenance is also good about seasonal repairs. I love all the outlets I can put my appliances in. I also love the fact my apartment It Has its own washer and dryer. I don’t have to walk a mile or two to get to the laundry mat to do my own laundry and have a card to pay with that I end up loosing half of the time. It has awesome amenities- a workout room, swimming pool, hot tub, kitchen in maintenance to visit The staff is great about let me express my self during the holidays. Things that have been a bother me while living here are I - Their baths are to small-meant for a child to sit in, not an adult - the hot water doesn’t run very long when I’m taking a bath. I’ve tried to get maintenance to fix this issue, but still have the same result -The smoke alarms are very sensitive. When I take a shower, the steam will set the smoke alarms off. Also, it’s not a quick, easy process to turn the noise off. -The walls are hallow- when I first moved in, I had a couple next door to me that I could hear get into fights every other night. They are gone, and I haven’t had and issues with this but someone else in this complex might. I notice my internet connection will go down from time to time. I wished I had a big closet in my bathroom to put my stuff in instead of a cupboard over the toilet. I have prescriptions and I’m afraid I’ll accidentally drop one of them in the toilet. Other then that, This complex has been a real joy to live in."
