"I lived there for almost 4 years and went through a management change. The units themselves are great. Insulation is well, especially on the second or third floor, as heat rises in the winter and you can leave your thermostat off if you like the temperature in the low 70s. Neighbors are quiet and respectful for the most part. I lived on the second floor and had a noisy upstairs neighbor for the past 2 years but before that it was very quiet. There has been an issue recently with the availability of maintenance staff, I had to wait a couple of weeks to get a sink unclogged, but that issue could be fixed by now and it was only recent. Management was communicative of this issue to all residents. The few times I've dealt with maintenance have been great. There are dogs and cats allowed as pets and, this may be biased because I don't own a dog, but some residents have an issue cleaning up after their dogs. Management is again aware of this and does periodically send out notices to remind residents. I accidentally had a package delivered to the main office and they left a notice in my mailbox to collect it from them rather than immediately return to sender. I'm not sure if this is a policy or just a one-off but if it's a policy it's a great one. The move out costs are reasonable. I had an issue with my gas and management, while having no obligation to, resolved it for me. I do have an issue with the required media package, however. When I first moved in, it included Internet and cable. Once management changed they increased the price and then dropped cable. They charge about $120 a month for 500MB/s. For that price, without cable, I would expect gigabit speeds. Handicap accessibility is an issue as some residents park on the handicap ramps. I have not raised this issue to management however I don't believe the cars are being towed because the same people keep parking there. Overall I would recommend living here. It's a great location and conveniently right off the freeway. Rent is very reasonable for the area and the market. While these apartments are not listed as luxorious I did have an updated unit and I loved living there. I only left because of a career relocation. I hope my honest review is helpful to those looking for somewhere to live."
"The staff was very polite. Since I came from another country, there were problems with payment, which they helped me with, even picked me up by car. As for the minuses: neighbors yelling, listening to loud music. The pool is often dirty. Overpriced. You make a contract for one amount, you end up paying another. I came to work in America as a student, and to be honest, I lost a lot of money because of this, because I did not know that it is expensive there."
"This place has a bug/spider Infestation There was a giant poisonous spider strung across the garages. Webs and bugs are everywhere you turn. Don’t stay here if you have any phobias or need for cleanliness. Also the dumpsters are always overflowing and flies cover the entrance."
"The positives first: I love this location and I love that there is a basketball/tennis/pickleball court and a dog's off-leash area. The complex takes care of the surroundings, other then several small areas that are too wet and grow algae, a definite adjustment to watering should be made. My apartment space is fantastic and I love my large closet in my bedroom, the kitchen layout is my favorite I've ever had in a smaller apartment, and they have a washer and dryer in the unit that aren't tiny stackable ones. The negatives: (Added 08/22/23- WHY are the sprinklers running when it rained all night and will be raining on and off over the next few days!?) I have lived in about four or five other apartments throughout my life and I have NEVER had so many charges with my rent. Normally, parking, pet, sewage, trash, and water are expectedly added, but here, there are also common electric and gas bills, shared pest control fee, service fee (I think this was for a maintenance request), and one of the worst and unavoidable costs here because you can NOT opt out, is their $120 cable/wifi fee; the next highest fee quoted to me was $85 by other apartments. The fees also to move in were literally the highest of any other place I've received quotes on for move-in costs, EVER! I've lived here for less than three months and have called at least four times to the office for doggy bags at the dog park. After the first time being three days without bags, I bought and always bring my own bags, I have even left my own bags for others three times while waiting for the bags to be filled. All the poop in there, pretty sure it is also residents staring at phones and missing their dog's pooping action. I'm guilty of this from time to time, so for my peace of mind, if I cant find it walking around, I'll pick up some other forgotten pile or two, there are plenty to choose from. PARKING: Forget having guests over and feeling confident there is a place to park after 530 on the weekends. It gets full most nights. DUMPSTERS: This place needs a few more. Not a week goes by where it is overflowing like no other complex I've experienced. Anyway... The staff has been very friendly, and knowing I can not change any of my fees, I still wanted to express my thoughts for anyone figuring out what is worth it to them. The positives are incredibly important to me, for my dog, my son, and I really enjoy my kitchen more than my last three places over the last 12 years. My lease is short, so it was a compromise I made. Whatever rent is quoted here for you, add about $200-$250/mo to that as your expected monthly payment here to the complex."
"Long review incoming! Short version: DON’T LIVE HERE! Long version: I lived here for 2 years and the rent was a little cheaper than most of the area, they are very old apartments and the buildings were very dirty on the outside/in the hallways (check pics below) the amenities were outdated etc. So the price made sense and that was why I decided to move here, to save some money. The apartments are very small inside, in 2 bedroom units the second bedroom is basically the size of a large bathroom, I wouldn’t count it as a second bedroom but the prices reflected that so I was fine with all of it. Fast forward 2 years, my lease was expiring in a few days and I was deciding on if I should move or stay there, and then the day before my lease expired management dropped off a letter on my door and the letter said that some new company came in and bought the entire complex and the new rates were DOUBLE the pricing. But they didn’t solve anything? They didn’t clean anything, they didn’t change the amenities, so they doubled the price for the same exact apartment complex. Makes no sense. I went month to month for 3 months and they never change a thing about the units, now they are some of the most expensive units in the area. STAY AWAY."
