"I've recently moved into The Calo and I'm more than happy to share my experience. Staff: During my first week here I've touched base with both leasing agents, assistant manager and manager. They've all been very positive and helpful in their own respective ways, followed up with me with some of my inquiries and have been overall very pleasant to interact with. Apartment: I come from another Greystar community and I'm comfortable with the way they appropriate pricing and services into the monthly rent charge. Our building has two elevators which really does make a difference. I've opted for the free parking option and I've had no issues finding parking even during peak hours. I had a brand new apartment layout last time at another Greystar community and while this is not new, I would definitely say I prefer it. It's very lofty? Beautiful kitchen island with a sink for starters, upgraded appliances with a gas stove (better for cooking). It's very charming. The amenities are a plus with the bike share, all-season pool and hot tub. They also encourage recycling (last place didn't). Location: Scenic views, 15 min drive to the Cottonwoods, plenty of walking, public transit 2 minute walk from here with the endless amount of food options nearby, including grocery stores such as Target and Trader Joe's, warehouse shopping such as Costco. Not to mention the shopping with 2 malls nearby. You have the expo and stadium at a 15 minute walk and the diversity here is thriving. Overall, I'm very satisfied with our choice in apartment and would recommend The Calo to anyone looking."
"The employees and front staff are exceptional. Carson helped us with the whole process of moving in. He was very kind and has an amazing attitude.It was easy and quick to move in without any issues. We are in love with our apartment and the complex. Clean environment with a beautiful view. If we ever had any questions or concerns we were quick to get a response. 100% recommend moving here it is very worth it."
"I had the pleasure of living at The Calo for the last year. The stunning views and amenities made the experience incredible. If it wasn't for medical issues, I would renew my lease. I felt safe here. It is in close proximity to countless stores to shop from, food options, and more. Little Cottonwood Canyon is also nearby, which offers dozens of things to do. A little walking trail is near it, with a field, dog park, and Trax station. All of these are within walking distance."
"I’ve been here for over 4 months now and I can say this. The elevators are always messed up due to pee and yes poo on the elevator walls as well as being broken, etc… luckily being on the first floor I can just go through my balcony door and not the elevators. People will let their dogs go to the bathroom anywhere and I mean anywhere, as well as leaving mail everywhere in the mail room. Here’s what good I have to say tho that gives it 4 Stars -Although a small 800sqft one bed apartment, it’s very sleek and modern -10 foot tall beautiful ceilings -Never once hearing any of my neighbors including upstairs -Ac and Heat work very well -Beautiful first level balcony with plants, trees, grass -Amazing location and views -repair requests are complete within a day or more -Crazy Fast 1 Gig Internet Some Minor things I wish better of -Shovel the parking lot when it snows….. -Mulch along building due to plastic showing through -Fix and check underground parking because some spots haven't seen a car since I’ve been here but yet they are booked on spots -have more dog bathroom bags around"
