"My girlfriend and her mother live here, I love the management here, they are so nice and kind, and when ever I enter I feel like I am entering home. The apartments are a really nice size I like how everything is just right there in the one room. The aroma when I first walk into the building is such a pleasant smell. You do get smells of cigarettes and that in the halls once in awhile but for the most part it's really nice. I like the decor of the place, it's very modern. I rate it 5/5 because it is such an amazing place and the crew is amazing,and I love the decor and because my girlfriend lives there. Very very good. Miguel is such a an amazing guy! He is so nice and when ever I enter he knows my girlfriends name and asks me if I am seeing her and is always so nice and comforting about it. He makes it feel like home."

"First and foremost, you are physically unsafe living here. I say that as a 6'1, 185 lb man. Worst place I ever lived. From SWAT Barricades (photos of the door busted in provided), to fire alarm going off at least once a week in the middle of the night, to fist fights in the parking lot, to car break ins, to the constant smell of cigarette smoke, to the strange smell the AC units emits, to paying hundreds more than the sticker price per months, this place is a godforsaken hell hole. Management hates their life here and I don't blame them. They get zero support and are hung out to dry by AMC. All of the above is endemic in AMC owned companies. Don't rent at any of their properties, especially this one. I now live in an apartment 2 miles away with exactly 4 times the square footage at $100 more month. It's peaceful, safe, and much nicer. Don't reward bad business by giving this place your money. Make them suffer the consequences of living by the hard and fast rules of capitalism without consideration for those of us who gave them the capital in the first place and signed a contract to continue giving them money for the length of the lease"

"They deleted my review, so here you go! Seems like they still haven't figured out the fire alarm issue. Please go live there if you don't want to sleep. You'll love it. This place smelled and probably still smells bad. A lot of people who live there smoke weed which is gross. I wish I could give this place 0 stars. Literally the worst apartment I've ever lived in. It's super ghetto (hall way is yellow....who paints yellow nowadays?), smelly (weed), noisy (babies, dogs, and FIRE ALARM that goes off super often, sometimes at 11PM too). They've had at least 5 different managers in the past year so you know how terrible this place is. Kris was the best manager but I don't when she left. There were 2 incidences where the water got shut off. Another 2 times when there was no hot water so I had to heat up water myself to shower. I never felt safe. The Calvary church nearby also is super annoying every Thursday night. I'm not saying it's a bad church, it's just because I don't know what the heck they're doing every Thursday night that over 100 cars would park outside of the apartment that jammed the traffic. The line literally would start from the highway exit 301 all the way to the next block. No words can ever explain how inconsiderate that church is. Now the deposit issues after I've moved out. I cleaned the apartment super well but they said they needed to fix this and that so they're only giving me $25 back. Everything that they need to fix was already broken when I moved in. Let me give you a breakdown: Opening balance $10, Unit cleaning fee $90, sink stopper $25, Charges for cleaning needed $50. Excuse me? Why are there 2 cleaning fees? The sink stopper wasn't there when I moved in and I have a pic of that too. Didn't you say I cleaned the unit well and it looked great? They originally even wanted to charge me painting because they need to repaint the unit. Thank goodness I took pictures of all the marks on the wall so they removed the charge. Let's say I did send them the pictures when I moved in. I'm 100% sure that I still would be charged the same amount because they've gone through so many managers and my information would never be passed down to the next manager anyway. Guys, spend a little more money somewhere else. This place literally is garbage. It's so bad that my bf never wanted to visit. I had a doorbell camera on my door when I lived there and I'd often see police officers walking around the building. One time I called them and asked what the deal was. They wouldn't say because it wasn't a crime but they told me they would never live here if they were me. This place used to be an extended stay hotel. When the hotel sold the place to whatever company, the people who originally stayed at the hotel just continued to stay. People here are weird. I'd only live here again if someone gave me a million dollars and 2 body guards at my door."

"Great place! I somewhat remember when the property was a motel or something similar. We’ll now it has been updated, and definitely worthy of a visit. Outdoor pool, multi level gym, purified water machine, common area, and one of the coolest hallways I’ve been in. Sort of reminds me of the “shining” film. They have modest floor plans and the rate seems to be pretty reasonable. Considering all of the amenities. If you are in the market for a new apartment. I would act fast. Great receptionist Maddy."
