"I've had a great experience living here. The grounds are always clean and well kept. I love my apt and have had very pleasant neighbors. Perla (management) has always been good about answering my questions and responding in a timely manner. There have been some issues with the washers and dryers, but that's really not anyone's fault. They break or wear out, just like any appliance you buy and they need parts and parts sometimes take time to come in after being ordered. I've put in maintenance requests, and they've always been fulfilled within the appropriate time frame. I've enjoyed living here and like the area."
"The new management are great. Vanessa is such a sweetheart. She is awesome! I love living here! I have lived here for 2 years and since Vanessa has come here it has been so much better!"
"I have lived at Hillside for 3 years. I moved here because of the location. Since the new management has taken over, the change have been very noticeable in a good way. Every time I have had an issue and contacted them they responded quickly and efficiently. Vanessa is accommodating and available to talk to if you have a problem or concern. The bedrooms are larger than most apartments and I love the walk in closet."
"I I have lived at this property since May 2019. I feel safe and confortable here. The apartments are in good condition and are spacious. Maintenance repairs are completed in a timely manner. The management is great!"
"I have lived here for a year now and this has been one of the worst renting experiences I have ever gone through. If it wasn't calling the cops three or four a week due to the neighbors fighting non stop at 3 in the morning. The walls are paper thin you can hear everything. To Our ceiling caving in from water damage and still yet to be completely finished, this happened back in April. And strong odors of drug use in the apartment as well. I would not recommend this apartment to anyone expecially if you have a family."
