"Today I went to the office to discuss our lease renewal and also the pest person coming in. Due to me being on home oxygen therapy I'm required to keep my machine off for an extra 3-4 hours after the pest ppl come threw. I was just wanting to see if there is any way we could have our unit done after 3pm due to me being homebound and my husband using the only vehicle for work. The first lady took the paper regarding the rental renewal and walked away from me Mid sentence the second lady went to go talk to the manager about my oxygen issue after a while my husband noticed the lady looking at herself and fixing her hair in the mirror until another family came in and when we asked what was going on she looked at us and said oh yeah and went back to doing something else so we left with no resolution to the issue. And then to top it off when I asked if someone could call me because I needed to get home and put my oxygen back on I got told yeah but not once did anyone ask my unite number or phone number."

"This place is home.The Manager here she is very nice and loves her job she is always working very hard in her office. These apartments are very nice. The only two bad things about them is the rent keeps going up. You would think that since you have been here a long time they would keep your rent the same. Because they have a high turnover here people always moving in and out. We first moved in our rent was only 1,700 for a three bedroom we have been here for going on three years our rent is now 2000 and when your late it’s a huge late fee almost 200 dollars. I mean come on your late for a reason you’re struggling and the owner makes it so much more so you struggle even more. And it’s the holidays and we don’t have family my back is broke I can’t work my daughters a single parent. And everything we have is going to the rent my grandson 14 yrs old doesn’t get to celebrate Christmas. I feel so bad I wish I could work so I could help my daughter. I feel like the worst grandma taking from him. Anyways just the high price late fees. Other than that nobody bothers you here. I give the Manager of these Apartments a 5 Star she deserves to be recognized."

"Just to let people know about the Egate Apartments they take all your deposit, and they start to say that this was broke that was broke and they rob you from your deposit. Be careful there’s been a lot of people complaining about these apartments. I left my apartment, spic and span and even show the video to the lady upfront and she said I had a balance due which I left at apartment very clean this wrong These people won’t fix nothing with you, so just keep your deposit, so be careful don’t move over here there’s a lot of scamming The place is nice and everything the people there are awful but oh boy when you move out, be careful they will rob you I agree with The one star reviews they ain’t lying"

"There's a lot I could say about this place. But the most pressing is that right now they are attempting to bill us for an incorrect amount since April and are ignoring us. We have sent emails. We have left voicemails. We have spoken in person. We continue to call but received no resolution or response. We want to pay our bill, we just need it to be an accurate bill first. They threaten eviction but won't look at the numbers that clearly show we are only following our lease and asking them to do the same. At the very least, we need this fixed so that the rest of the bills can be accurate. Today alone I have called five times, however the voicemail is full. At this point in time we are looking at possibly having to speak to a lawyer and are reaching out to cornerstone directly if they are unable to follow their own lease. I would love for this to be resolved as soon as possible and will be happy to remove this review if done so."

"I am a resident here and it seems like people don’t seem to mind the fact that the playgrounds, which is supposed to be a safe place for children, is graffitied with all sorts of nasty and hateful messages as well as absolutely disgusting symbols"
